History
The Nephrology Society of Thailand (NST) is a national organization representing Thai kidney health professionals. NST was established on June 17th, 1974, by Professor Doctor Chanyo Benyajati, who served as the first president of the society.
Mission
- To facilitate knowledge sharing of both basic and clinical science in nephrology to our members and other medical professionals.
- To support research in nephrology.
- To collaborate in academic endeavors with other national and international organizations. All academic collaboration will be in no way political partisan.
- To promote public understanding of kidney diseases, especially in the areas of healthcare awareness, disease prevention, and self-care.
